We’ll do our best to match your taste, though exact items may vary.

3️⃣ Do you restock items?
Our stock changes frequently, and some products are limited.
If you see something you like, we recommend ordering before it’s gone.


4️⃣ How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, with delivery usually in 8–12 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details once it ships.


5️⃣ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.


6️⃣ Can I choose exactly what’s inside my box?
Not exactly. You can share your style preferences in the note, and we’ll prepare based on that.Part of the joy is in discovering what’s inside.


7️⃣ Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes! Just enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout.
You can also add a gift note in the order notes section.


8️⃣ Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
We do! For event or wholesale inquiries, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

You can leave preferences (e.g., favorite colors or items to avoid) in the notes, and we’ll do our best to include them.

All sales are final since each order is prepared individually.
If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

If tracking shows “delivered” but the item hasn’t arrived, please check with your local courier.We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order.
After that, orders are processed and can’t be changed.

Contact us immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
Once shipped, we can’t modify the delivery address.
